Racing is back!

It was great to see the resumption of racing last week and just seven racing days into the season, and we have already seen the first two classic winners with Kameko winning the 2000 Guineas on Saturday and Love winning the 1000 Guineas on Sunday.

With Royal Ascot starting next week, the top-class racing will be coming thick and fast and hopefully, you are enjoying having some live action on TV?

Official confirmation of the jumps racing restart on 1st July is still awaited, but the process being operated to safely run the flat racing meetings seems to be working well, and hopefully, it can be adapted to be utilised to get national hunt racing back on schedule.  In preparation for that, the summer jumps horses are all stepping up their training to ensure that they are ready to run when the fixtures commence.

The yard has already had a runner on the flat this week when Hereia ran at Lingfield and with two more declared to run on Monday and several other entries later in the week, things are starting to ramp up.  Fingers crossed that some of the runners can deliver some good results to reward the hardworking team at the yard and our excellent supportive owners.
