This Wednesday sees the return of national hunt racing in the UK.

The yard has four entries at Southwell on "opening day" and final decisions on runners will be taken tomorrow morning as racing is operating a 48-hour declaration system at the moment.

After Wednesday, there is a break of a few days with only flat cards, before the jumps gets going on a more regular basis from Monday 6th June when the Uttoxeter card features a listed handicap chase, the Summer Cup.  The yard will have entries on that card when they are made on Tuesday.

Our race club horse, Doing Fine, is an intended runner in the Summer Cup and new members are welcome to join ahead of this race.  If you have any interest in joining, please take a look at the race club webpage and get in touch if you would like more information.

It will be great to get the jumps back underway and this should mean more regular runners in the coming weeks.
